This has some of my favourite Hala Strana songs. White Sleep/Dream Forever/Untitled are kind of incredible, and Endings is probably one of the few drone pieces I’d describe as “memorable” in the true sense of the word. In general, I’d say SRS manages to strike a sort of primordial melancholy with this release; figments of dreams and half-forgotten childhood memories.
